Four Day Week - Introduction

As of the start of 2011 I've decided to work 4 days a week. I'm still a bit uncertain as to why I decided to do this but I think generally speaking I'm just hacked off with spending my life at work! Anyway the deal I made with myself, (and Maureen), was that on my "day off" we, (or I if Mo wasn't feeling up to it), needed to go walking - irrespective of the weather. As Billy Connelly once said "there is not such thing as bad weather, only the wrong clothes!" I've never been a diary keeper and I'm not interested in social network sites such as Facebook or Bebo, this blog therefore is an attempt to record what I actually do on these extra weekend days.
